Unfortunately, I do not collect or offer prepaid taxes. Any duties and import taxes, including VAT, are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay for any duties and import taxes prior to the delivery of your parcel.

This may cause delays, so please keep an eye on your parcel using the given tracking number to ensure it does not get abandoned at customs or returned to me.

Processing Time
All products are handmade to order! A processing time of 3-5 business days is required to create and package the order. Additional business days may be required for larger or peak period orders.

Shipping Times
✦  Local orders (within Australia): 1-3 weeks from dispatch
✦  International orders: 2-8 weeks from dispatch

Three options are available:
✦  Regular Letter - No Tracking (5-13 business days) | $2.40 AUD
✦  Priority Letter - No Tracking (3-8 business days) | $3.00 AUD
✦  Standard Parcel - Tracked (5-13 business days) | $12.00 AUD

International orders
✦  Standard Parcel - Tracked (2-8 weeks) | Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

If you would like to cancel your order, kindly make the request before it is dispatched for shipping. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packaged or dispatched. Thank you for your understanding! ‪‪❤︎‬
